Insurance
Neurotherapy is currently not covered by insurance.
We do accept some insurance for Psychotherapy sessions. Call for more information.
qEEG Brainmap - $750
An EEG acquisition is performed, which charts the unique properties of electrical activity in the brain.
Our analysis identifies areas of dysregulation. From there, an individualized protocol utilizing neurofeedback and/or neuromodulation is created.
The qEEG is a 2 session process.
Session 1: data collection (~2 hours)
Session 2: review and scheduling (45-60 minutes)
Session Cost - $175
Sessions encompass an integrated approach of neurofeedback, neuromodulation, and talk-therapy to achieve lasting results. All treatment modalities, mixed or isolated, are the same cost regardless of complexity.
Session Length is roughly 1 hour, with 10-15 minutes of setup time. We recommend scheduling 1-3 session a week, as the brain stabilizes, frequency will reduce.
02. Book A Consultation
Please reach out to book a session, the initial intake session will be a short call to determine the level of care we believe we can provide. From there, we will book the initial quantitative assessment, and subsequent treatment sessions once that's completed.
03. Complete Healthy Mind Intake Form
Our intake form is a comprehensive collection of questions that aims to provide a holistic overview of biological and psychological items to better help us understand the nature of your treatment, and what we can offer services wise.
04. (Optional) - Try Our Symptom Checker
Our symptom checker is an in-house tool, that is NON-DIAGNOSTIC, providing some insight into how our approach may benefit you. All the information provided is a guess at best, without mapping your brain, there simply isn't any ethical conclusion that can be drawn even from a tool like this. Please consult with us to learn more about what we can offer you.
